FARIS Extra Virgin Olive Oil KALAMATA PDO 3L

Extra virgin olive oil from Kalamata-Kalamata PDO It is obtained exclusively from the fruit of olive trees, with 60% of the total Greek production being extracted from the Koroneiki variety, known as the queen of Greek olive varieties. The ideal time to harvest the fruit is from November to December, when it is still green and not fully ripe. This early harvest allows the intense aroma to develop, resulting in an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity and a strong aroma.
